THE SEAGULLS made it ten unbeaten in the league with a draw against the league leaders, Hayes having to equalise through a 90th-minute penalty.
Dayle Grubb and Marlon Jackson had chances for the hosts, while Francis Amartey tested Max Harris on two separate occasions within the first period.
