A CRUCIAL clash went the way of Biggleswade Town, courtesy of a George Devine goal 11 minutes into the second half.
Bromsgrove started the game with a flurry of chances, as Jonathan Letford put a diving header from an unmarked position over the bar before Jamie Molyneux had a shot saved by the feet of keeper Josh Hill.
The 17th minute saw Josh Quaynor unleash a rip-roaring drive from 25 yards that clattered the crossbar.
