Briggs’ dramatic winner hits Town

GOSPORT will be taking three points home from their long trip to Wales thanks to a wonder-strike from Matt Paterson and a late winner from Matt Briggs.
The first-half saw the visitors record just one shot on target, but what an effort it was – with the ball looping high in the air following a long goal kick, Paterson watched the ball all the way and fantastically volleyed home into the top corner.
