TAMWORTH and St Ives had to settle for a share of the spoils from a game in which both sides had chances to win.
The visitors should have been in front on six minutes as Ethan Johnston found himself free in the box but was thwarted by Jas Singh.
Lambs keeper Singh was busy in the opening stages, denying Liam Cross as the visitors enjoyed a promising start.
Johnston fired narrowly wide but it was Tamworth who went ahead on 23 minutes, Wahib Tahra’s firm, low strike finding the corner of the net after good work from Dexter Walters.
