FOLLOWING the euphoria of promotion and the anticipation of a first ever season at Step 3, Hanwell were quickly brought back to earth by their visitors.
With less than five minutes gone, William Dean stroked the ball past a prone Hugo Sobte.
To their credit, Hanwell took the game to Truro for the next 30, but without threatening.
