A 2-0 LEAD very nearly turned into a defeat for Bedford, but in the end, what could have been a disastrous mistake, turned into a great piece of football that secured the points for the home side against an unlucky Barwell.
Bedford, promoted from Step 4 last term, started tentatively, as Matt Moloney headed Brady Hickey’s shot off the line early in the game.
