ILKESTON and Redditch couldn’t be separated despite the hosts playing the last 20 minutes with ten men.
Max Sheaf and Ryan Nesbitt both hit the woodwork early on for Redditch who began well, Jamie Ward going closest for the Robins with a strike that was saved by Kieran Boucher.
Redditch took the lead after 25 minutes when a ball was only cleared as far as Robbie Bunn who drilled low into the net. Six minutes later Ilkeston were level, as Ward scored a superb strike from 25 yards out which found the top corner of the net for his firs...
