ST IVES got back to winning ways after their defeat at Needham Market during the week and at the same time ended Kings’ unbeaten start to the season.
Both sides took every opportunity to get the ball down and play but it was the power and presence in midfield from Michael Richens, Dylan Williams and Cambridge United loanee Myles Cowling – making his first start for Ives – that ensured the hosts were always on top.
