PLYMOUTH scored early through Ryan Lane, and hung on while Harrow huffed and puffed but failed to seriously trouble their rearguard, to get three vital points and climb off the foot of the table.
Parkway keeper Adam Parkes turned away a George Moore shot early on, before the game’s only goal arrived in the ninth minute.
