THE sending off of Bedford’s Drew Richardson turned this fixture around as St Ives made the 10-man Eagles pay.
Richardson was dismissed on 26 minutes for a foul on Ravin Shamsi with the scores at 1-1.
And the visitors ground Bedford down with a goal at the end of each half to clinch the points.
It all started so well for the Eagles when a low cross from Connor Tomlinson was turned into his own net by Kane Lewis on four minutes.
