THE MET edged past Winchester City with a narrow win at Imber Court.
The hosts started brightly, and were subsequently rewarded from this bright start when midfielder Herson Alves stood over a free-kick 25 yards from goal, before proceeding to send the ball arrowing into the top corner to give his side an early lead.
