Dorchester Town 1-1 Bracknell Town: McClurg hails big win for Robins

Bracknell Town strengthened their promotion bid with a hard fought win at the Avenue Stadium. Two goals from a strong first-half performance proved enough for the Robins, despite a stirring late fightback from the Magpies.

BRACKNELL Town strengthened their promotion bid with a hard fought win at the Avenue Stadium. Two goals from a strong first-half performance proved enough for the Robins, despite a stirring late fightback from the Magpies.
Bracknell joint-boss Jamie McClurg was delighted with the win, calling it “a massive three points for us.” McClurg added: “With the quality we’ve got, we know how to see out games. We created five or six good chances in the second half let alone what we created before the break.”
