A LATE penalty ensured this Hampshire derby ended all-square.
The first half was a lowkey affair for the most part. The Citizens held a slight edge and after 21 minutes a free kick from Jamie Barron into a crowd of players saw a header saved by Marcin Brozozowski in the Row goal.
Two minutes later, a long run down the left from Zidan Akers for the Row ended with a fierce shot saved by Charlie Philpott in the visitors goal.
