COALVILLE Town claimed a victory to keep themselves in the hunt for promotion, while defeat for Bedford leaves them in the battle to avoid relegation.
Coalville almost took an early lead when the Eagles defence failed to clear the ball and it fell to Ravens skipper Joe Doyle-Charles who hit the ball from range.
Bedford keeper Lewis Elsom played the ball straight to Ashley Chambers, but the keeper made a great save again.
