MERTHYR Town took the points back down the M4 with a more comfortable win than the score suggests, further pushing Harrow towards the relegation trapdoor.
George Moore made an important clearing header from Thomas Handley’s cross, Quaine Bartley forcing a save from Jaimie Cogman at the other end, before Merthyr took the lead after 17 minutes.
