TWO second-half goals were enough for Alvechurch to complete a league double over relegation-threatened Bedford Town.
Thomas Edge fired the hosts ahead after 52 minutes, before Jack Concannon made it two just before the full-time whistle to put breathing space between Church and the drop zone.
It was a fast start for the hosts with Tyrell Skeen-Hamilton running clean through on two minutes only for his effort to be deflected wide for a corner.
