NORTH Leigh produced one of their best results of the season, defeating leaders Weston-super-Mare.
The Seagulls started strongly, but North Leigh resisted the challenges they faced and watched as Marlon Jackson, Sam Avery and Lloyd Humphries all came close to scoring.
It wasn’t all one-way traffic, however, and Luke Purnell made a smart catch to keep out a 20-yard effort from Jordan Thomas.
