WITH Weston-super- Mare’s fixture postponed, Truro City missed the chance to apply the pressure, falling to a late Sam Togwell header in a pulsating encounter at Holloways Park.
Truro began well but could not pierce the home defence and it was Beaconsfield who created the best early chance when Nathan Minhas’ shot on the turn was well saved by James Hamon.
The keeper was powerless to do anything about Minhas’ next effort though.
