THE Suffolk side came out on top in this encounter, with Leiston moving up to second in the table after Tamworth lost at St Ives.
The game was won after just five minutes, with the hosts netting twice.
After just three minutes, Will Davies and George Quantrell set up Ben Fowkes who volleyed home into Andrew Wycherley’s top right-hand corner. Just two minutes later, and a good ball into the box by Wyatt Hill from the right was met by Davies, who headed home past Andy Wycherley to wrong foot the goalkeeper.
