Poppies relieved to snatch a point

A KELVIN LANGMEAD late equaliser saved the blushes of Poppies fans at bottom of the league Long Eaton United.
Kettering Town went from cruising to capitulation at the mid-way part of the second half with the hosts fully deserving the win until the 92nd minute goal that denied them a second victory of the season.
Tyrone Lewthwaite opened the scoring after just 11 minutes when stalwart Langmead initially received a corner at the back post and nodded back across goal giving Lewthwaite the easiest of finishes.
