ALVECHURCH salvaged a deserved point with a controversial equaliser via the penalty spot.
The home side got off to a flier with Mark Riddick heading in from a corner to give them the lead in the sixth minute.
He marked his recall to the starting line up with his first goal for the club. However, Alvechurch were moving the ball quickly and they got an equaliser when a through ball split the centre backs and Kai George ran on to net in the first quarter of an hour.
