After 15 minutes, Binfield’s Troy Murray was through on keeper Dan Purdue, but he took the ball too wide.
Casuals’ first chance came on the half-hour when Danny Campion was through on goal, but scuffed his shot at keeper Nick Harvey. Campion set up Revel Powell-Downey on the stroke of half-time, only for his effort to go straight to Harvey.
