PATIENCE was the key as Kevin Wilkin’s Bucks eventually broke down a stubborn Long Eaton outfit to record a sixth game unbeaten in the league.
Goals from defender Orrin Pendley and substitute Tré Mitford lifted the Bucks into fifth place in the table, but the visitors made life hard for them. The Bucks had to cope with the loss of influential midfielder Byron Moore, who left the field with an injury after just seven minutes.
