FROME Town dethroned top-of-the-league Willand Rovers after a magnificent Warren Maidment brace and a Sam Meakes goal.
Frome started fast and just two minutes in, a corner was swung in by Reece Rusher, causing a scramble in the box. Eventually, Maidment got onto the end of it and poked it home.
The lead doubled 20 minutes later, deja vu as another Rusher corner met the head of Maidment, and he buried it home.
