DACEY GETS HIS CHANCE AT OAKS

ASSISTANT boss Mark Dacey says he has ‘massive shoes to fill’ at Sevenoaks Town after taking over the manager’s hotseat from Harry Hudson.
Hudson, the former Glebe and Whyteleafe boss, took over in February 2022 and turned the Oaks from relegation candidates into Isthmian South East promotion chasers. But now he has decided to step away to “explore opportunities in professional football”, and has been working behind thescenes with the board for several weeks to appoint a successor.
