LATE PENALTY LODGES WIN FOR ROCKIN’ ROBINS SIDE

ON a crisp afternoon at the SB Stadium, the Robins took on Merthyr Town in a pivotal game in the run in to the end of the season.
The Robins started well with chances to go in front, but it was Merthyr who struck first, a ball into the back post allowing Handley to smash the ball past Eacott to put Merthyr a goal up.
The Robins responded immediately, Abisogun doing well off the righthand side to find Lodge who headed Town back on level terms in the 25th minute.
