MERTHYR Town ended the season with an emphatic win against Harrow Borough, despite missing out on a play-off spot.
Ricardo Rees scored five in an impressive performance at Penydarren Park, taking the match ball with him.
Before the game, Merthyr needed to win and Bracknell to lose to make the final playoff position. It was the perfect start for the home side, as a short corner found Tom Handley, who hit the ball first time past the goalkeeper, to break the deadlock.
