RICARDO Rees helped himself to four goals as Merthyr Town maintained top spot in Southern Premier South with a thumping home win against ten-man Wimborne Town.
Rees opened the scoring in the 16th minute with a curling effort from the left-side of the area beyond Ross Flitney.
Lewys Twamley doubled the Martyrs’ advantage nine minutes later, pouncing on a rebound despite the best efforts of two Wimborne defenders on the goal-line.
