Monks makes point for Frome

FROME Town battled back to earn a point against Basingstoke Town, with Alex Monks cancelling out Liam Ferdinand’s opener, to secure The Robins’ first home league point of the season.
The BA11 side started brightly, with Rex Mannings looking sharp on his return.
He linked up with George Rigg early on down the right, before the latter delivered a cross in towards Curtis Hutson, who couldn’t get his header right, sending it wide.
