■VALE moved into the play-off positions with a third straight win.
Dan Moody was the creator of the opening goal, his defence-splitting pass setting up Jordan Gallagher for his 13th goal of the season.
Midway through the second half, defender Jake Goodman noticed Dan Hector in acres of space. He shouted instructions to Moody, who picked out Hector, and he shot home from 12 yards.
The third goal arrived shortly afterwards, a Jordan Gallagher cross powerfully headed home by the leaping George Vincent.
