■ IN the early exchanges both were trying to play attacking football but not quite finding a breakthrough.
A superb pass from Tanners captain Tom Kavanagh after 37 minutes was finished well by Lukas Franzen-Jones.
Franzen-Jones made it 2-0 after 52 minutes, with a great strike into the bottom corner.
Farnham pulled one back through Adam Liddle, but Franzen-Jones completed his hat-trick minutes later.
How the ball stayed out of the Tanners net after 71 minutes was remarkable as Franzen-Jones and Alfie Huckle stopped it on the line.
