BOGNOR grabbed a share of the points against an impressive Carshalton Athletic as Tommy-Lee Higgs’ penalty put Bognor ahead before Tommy Bradford levelled.
In a hotly contested first half, Matt Burgess’s left-sided corner swung towards the back post, but was punched out by Faebian Witter.
Bognor took the lead after 39 minutes. Bernard Tanner was late on Dan Gifford and up stepped Higgs to coolly slot it low into the net and sent Witter the wrong way.
