TAUNTON pulled themselves away from trouble with a solid two goal victory over visiting Poole. The hosts started the brighter culminating in a couple of half chances inside the first 10 minutes, but Owen Brain’s shot was deflected wide while Jack Rice was narrowly offside when bearing down on goal.
Dario Sesay-De Luca sent a fierce shot towards the Peacock’s goal, forcing Josh Gould into action after 12 minutes as Poole tried to get a footing.
