SHOLING secured a well-deserved victory over Winchester City, avenging an earlier season defeat and climbing to ninth in the table.
Michael Folivi opened the scoring in the 34th minute with a powerful shot into the top corner, after a well-worked move involving Jake Heaketh and Joe Rabbetts. Prior to that, both teams had their chances, with Folivi forcing Winchester keeper Luke Cairney into a save with his legs.
