SPALDING UNITED extended their lead at the top of the table to four points after beating Leiston 4-1with an impressive performance.
The away side began well, however, and took the lead after just six minutes when Joao Rangel shot home from ten yards after good work by Ronnie Blois and Ben Fowkes.
However, the hosts levelled seven minutes later when Curtis Thompson shot home into Leiston goalkeeper Billy Johnson’s bottom left-hand corner.
