Goodship secures a victory for the Terras

LOCAL bragging rights belong to Weymouth after a tough battle in front of a bumper crowd at the Avenue Stadium.
The Terras scored twice in stoppage time to turn the first half and the match in their favour.
After a scrappy opening period, Dorchester took a 17th-minute lead when Jack Dickson’s ball found Joe Parker whose cross was met by Charlie Wooding to head past Weymouth goalkeeper Max Evans.
Ollie Haste charged half the length of the pitch only to see his cross cleared awkwardly over his own crossbar by Kieran Douglas.
