Geordies seal Step 3 status

HANWELL Town ran out deserved winners against Basingstoke Town to confirm their Step 3 status next season.
With Basingstoke already safe and Hanwell needing just a point to stay up, the Geordies enjoyed a relatively relaxed afternoon.
The home side’s season ended in rather fitting fashion with both their goals coming from
two of Eli Oladunjoye’s now trademark long throw-ins. Will Hall tapped one in after 13 minutes before Henry Snee poked another home five minutes after the half-time break.
