BRADLEY Warner’s goal on the stroke of halftime was enough to settle this dour match with the struggling Casuals.
It was nearly 21 minutes until the first chance was created, when Warner’s speculative long shot took a big deflection, looped up and hit the bar before being cleared.
Casuals reply was Juevan Spencer’s run and cross to Ben Cheklit, whose header was well saved by Bowers keeper Callum Chafer.
