LEE HARDING and Greg Cundle provided the goals to ensure high-fl ying Horsham returned to winning ways in the league and keep pace with their playoff rivals, despite passing up a late penalty opportunity.
After a muted opening, Horsham drew fi rst blood on 14 minutes when Haringey goal keeper Jonathan Miles fumbled a shot from Cundle and the ball ran loose to Harding who found the net with a looped effort.
Hornets ‘keeper George Bentley then blocked Roman Michael-Percil’s shot with his legs to keep Horsham in front at the break.
