WINGATE and Finchley snatched a huge three points in their survival bid.
The victory lifted Wingate off the foot of the table thanks to results elsewhere.
Two goals in the last ten minutes gave them victory over East Thurrock after they had made the worst possible start.
The visitors were ahead after four minutes when a low cross found an unmarked Darren Foxley, who was able to tap into a gaping net.
