RAMSGATE boss Matt Longhurst reckons he has struck gold with young starlet George Nikaj.
The highly-rated 17-year old striker arrives having scored over 50 goals in each of the last three seasons, primarily for Dover Athletic’s Academy.
“He was previously part of the Charlton Youth Academy until they brought in the new rules of players needing to be within a certain distance of their training ground, forcing him to leave,” Longhurst said of the striker who has recently represented Kent’s Under 16 and Under 18 side.
