Canary prospect Sam Blair can hit the high notes during Bury Town loan

BURY Town have been trusted with promising Norwich City goalkeeper Sam Blair on a season-long loan.

The 18-year-old signed a two-year contract with the Premier League club in January following a successful spell in their U18 side.
His performances earned him a place on the bench for the U23s, most notably in the Papa John’s Trophy, in which he was in the squad against Plymouth Argyle and Cheltenham Town’s senior sides.
Blair has been with the Canaries since the age of ten and was also called up to the Republic of Ireland U21s in March.
