A POINT earned in this close-fought, entertaining encounter proved sufficient to move Valley to the summit of the league table.
A closely contested first half saw Chichester create the majority of chances with Emmett Dunn and Kaleem Haitham in particular a thorn in the Millers side as they struggled for a foothold in the game.
It was the introduction of substitutes Hassan Ibrahiym and Jack Sammoutis midway through the second half however that led to a strong finish from the hosts who always looked a threat.
