■ CORINTHIAN deservedly beat Ramsgate with a strong second-half performance. The visitors were the better side in the opening stages, but it was Corinthian who should have opened the scoring.
A fine through ball from Holland found Oloyede and he clipped the outside of a post when he should have done better. Ramsgate then scored on the stroke of half time when a breakaway down the right found Chiedozie on the edge of the box and he emphatically fired into the roof of the net.
