■ AN own-goal by Nathaniel Blanks put Cray Valley on the back foot at Ramsgate before they hit back to claim a point.
In awful conditions of icy cold gale force wind and freezing rain, the own-goal came in a thoroughly entertaining first half.
The goal came from some excellent work from in-form Ashley Miller who beat a defender and cut across the box to fire in a shot which was headed into his own net by Blanks in the 31st minute. But the Rams – who had the wind at their backs in the second half – come unstuck in the 57th minute....
