■ STRUGGLING Rovers picked up a vital point in their efforts to avoid the drop, drawing in their first-ever trip to Binfield.
The visitors made a bright start and after eight minutes the lively Christoph Aziamale saw his goal-bound effort blocked by Liam Gavin.
Anh-War Tran-West and Tony Halsey both went close too, before the hosts’ Jonathon Denton fired home a sweet strike from the edge of the area, despite the best efforts of James Dillon.
