TWO goals from Zak Ansah led Herne Bay to victory over Whitehawk.
They were reward for a strong first-half performance by the home side, and although Whitehawk came into thegame after the break they could not do enough to claim a point.
Ansah was in the right place to tap in from close range with both assists coming from Rory Smith to put Bay in total control.
A spirited second half from Whitehawk saw them raise the tempo, forcing Bay to defend in numbers, and it brought its reward when Alex Laing scored direct from a free-kick from...
