BASINGSTOKE claimed the three points thanks to goals from Stefan Brown and Lloyd Snell.
The game changed in the 26th minute when Uxbridge danger man Mahlondo Martin was sent off for an alleged head butt.
Basingstoke capitalised on the extra man in the 31st minute when Stefan Brown smashed home from the six-yard box.
Uxbridge made a couple of changes at half-time, bringing on Victor Osobu and Ezra Ndukuba to add a bit more pace to the game.
