■CRAY Valley Paper Mills cemented their play-off hopes with a victory at Herne Bay. The visitors took the lead when Marcel Barrington placed a header past home keeper Jordan Perrin.
Connor Dymond was shown a straight red for a dangerous challenge, giving Bay hope of a comeback.
Cray Valley were denied a second goal by an excellent block from Dan Johnson.
Minutes later, they did score when Ian Gayle’s flick from a corner went in.
