CHALFONT picked up a crucial three points in their battle to make the relegation play-offs in an eventful game which saw the visitors given two second-half red cards.
Northwood had the best of the first half, and several opportunities that went just past the post. The Saints almost took the lead just before the interval when a free kick looked headed for the top corner, but Hosier leapt to his left to push it out for a corner.
